How to Cut up a Whole Chicken

This is how I cut up a chicken, it may not look quite as neat your first time, but just give it a little practice and you won't even have to think about it. You can use the parts fresh or freeze them for later use. If you get a number of fresh whole chickens cut them up and freeze to use parts all winter as needed.
