CSA SIGN-UP

To sign up for a CSA share just fill out the form above, and when you're ready click the "sign-up" button. You will then have several payment options.

 

To pay online, you can pay for your share in full via the sign up form, or pay what's comfortable now and contact us for more info on paying in installments. Click the Paypal button and you will be given the option to pay with a credit or debit card or paypal account.

 

If you would like to pay by check, you have more payment options.  Choose "Seller Will Send Payment Instructions". In the box marked "add special instructions", tell us what payment option (highlighted below) you would like to use.

Here are your payment options when you pay by check:

*Pay in full with one check.

*Pay in three installments. 

*Work out an alternative payment plan with the farm.

If you prefer to bypass the on-line signup, you can choose to print the whole form, fill it out by hand and send it with a check made out to Luna Bleu Farm.

For each season that you sign up for you can choose vegetable, egg, and meat share options, and the pick-up location you choose will apply to all share types for that season.
