About the event
Together we will make crystalized ginger and ginger syrup... two great things to have for the upcoming holiday/baking season. Participants can sample crystalized ginger made with sugar, honey or maple syrup. We'll also make a refreshing, palate-cleansing ginger in vinegar. Everyone takes home 2 pounds of fresh Luna Bleu organic baby ginger and a full set of recipes to continue the fun with ginger in their own homes.
